Shipping policy
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the quantity of products in your order and your shipping address. Prices start at £2.70 for 1 item to a UK address, £4.95 to Europe or £7 to the Rest of the World.
We will process your order and send it on its way to you as quickly as possible. We wrap our orders in strong brown paper or pack in cardboard.
UK: We post from Kaleider Studios using Royal Mail 1st Class and delivery will be in 3-5 working days.
If you need your order quickly or for a specific date just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Delivery may take a little longer over busy periods and public holidays, e.g. Christmas, Easter weekend, or Bank Holidays.
Worldwide: We post using Royal Mail International Standard service and delivery will be 5-10 working days.
Important: International deliveries may be subject to local imports and duties and may be affected by customs and excise delays beyond our control. Our delivery charges do not include any locally applied taxes, import duties and/or fees that may be levied by countries outside the UK. These are the full responsibility of the customer.
